rice vermicelli

Ingredients of rice vermicelli :

– Butter: 2 tbsp
– Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
– Vermicelli: half a cup
– Rice: cup (soaked, washed and drained)
– Hot water: a cup and a quarter
– Salt: 2 tsp

How to prepare rice vermicelli :

  • Melt the butter as much as the fire and add vegetable oil.
  • Add noodles and hommos until they turn brown.
  • Add the washed and drained rice and stir with the noodles until well combined.
