Tomato Kofta

Kofta Tomato Mushrooms :

– Kofta: 2 packages (frozen)
– Onions: 1 piece (finely chopped)
– Garlic: clove (mash)
– Mushroom: can (clip)
– Tomato sauce: 2 packages
– Tomato: 6 pieces (peeled and cut into small cubes)
– Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
– Turmeric: teaspoon
– Black pepper: teaspoon
– Dry coriander: teaspoon
– Salt: 1 teaspoon
– Meat broth: cube

How to prepare tomato kofta with mushrooms ?

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until they change color.
  • Season with turmeric, cumin, black pepper, coriander, salt and broth and stir.
  • Cut the kofta and close for 10 minutes.
  • Stir and add the mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve directly on your trip along with white rice.
