Quantities Mero fish :

– To prepare fish:

  • Grouper: 700 g (fish)
  • Hot red pepper: teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric: teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: half a teaspoon
  • Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons

    – Biryani mix:

  • Onion: 3 pieces (chopped)
  • Tomato: 3 pieces (chopped)
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger: teaspoon
  • Turmeric: half a teaspoon
  • Cumin: half a teaspoon
  • Yogurt: half cup
  • Dry mint: 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper: 2 tablets (chopped)
  • Chile: 1 piece (chopped)
  • Salt: as desired
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

    – To prepare rice:

  • Basmati rice: 3 cups
  • Salt: as desired
  • Saffron: 2 teaspoons
  • Mixed spices: half a teaspoon

How to prepare the mere Biryani :

  • Soak the fish in the marinade for about 15 minutes and then heat some oil in a pan on the fire.
  • Place the fish in the pan and stir the slides over low heat until cooked and browned.
  • To prepare the biryani mixture: Heat some oil in a saucepan and add onions and tomatoes.
  • Increase yogurt and flavor with garlic powder, ginger, cumin and salt.
  • Add mint, pepper, lemon juice and hot pepper. Deeply ingredients with a little water and stir to boil.
  • To prepare the rice: Heat some oil in a saucepan and add the rice, saffron and salt.
  • Dip the ingredients with water, then let the rice simmer.
  • Spread the fish in the bottom of a deep saucepan, add the biryani mixture and the rice, stirring carefully until the ingredients overlap.
  • Pour some water and simmer until completely transparent.
  • Keep the pot out of the heat and then turn it on a serving plate and serve hot.
